Is Shipping Free?

Yes,all shipping is free to US.

How long will my order take to arrive?

Your order will be shipped by airplane. It takes 7-14 days.

How can I track my order?

An email or SMS will be sent to you when your order is shipped with the applicable tracking number(s).

If this does not happen, Contact Us and we will provide you the tracking link.

What is the return policy?

Unopened & Unused Items

Any item that is Unused & Unopened can be returned for a full refund or exchange within 7 days of receiving the item. You will need to pay for and arrange return shipping. Please notify our team at jackie@ailupet.com before you take any action.

Opened items

We have a 7-day "change of mind" policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return, but the product must meet acceptability criteria.

This does NOT include the Orthopedic Dog Beds. Once they are opened, they cannot be returned.

Each product page will list the criteria for to be eligible for a change of mind exchange. This is listed at the bottom of the product page within the FAQ section.

You may incur a 10% restocking fee.

Exchanges - Difference in prices

If you are exchanging for a cheaper item, you will not be refunded the difference ( as we will need to pay to re-ship your new product)

If you are exchanging for a more expensive item, you will need to pay the difference in price.

How do I start a return?

To start a return, you can contact us at help@dazydog.com. Please include your customer order number and describe the condition of the item (with a photo).

If your return is accepted, we will send further instructions on how and where to send your package. You will be responsible for payment and organisation of the return shipping.

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Damages, Defects and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. You will need to provide photographic evidence of the defect / damage / issue so that we can assess it.
